Returns and Exchanges

Need to return or exchange an item? No problem! We won't make you clip any coupons, but please follow the steps below.

Check the Calendar & Contact Us

To provide items that are fresh from the Dutch Coast we ask for returns or exchanges within 60 days of purchase. Contact us at orders@dutchcoast.co with the details of the desired item for exchanges, no questions asked for returns.

Pack & Ship

Package the item(s) up including the original packing slip, if you have it, or a copy of your order confirmation email. Take this to the post office to send it on its way back to us:

If an item received is defective or damaged in shipping please contact us and we'll provide a shipping label.

Get a New Item or Refund

Be sure you've included the packing slip or have notified us you would like a refund or to make exchange. Once we've received the returned item(s) we'll be able to take it from there! You'll receive a full refund, minus shipping charges for any returns. Exchanges will be processed and shipped back out within one business day via USPS First Class mail.
